Adsense TOS that you extremely need to know

The individual that participates in the Adsense program is not automatic, but requires approval by the web site authorities. There is an age restriction as well, that states that all participating individuals need to off legal age, that is 18 years and above to be qualified for the approval.

Those who have been granted permission by the company will be provided with links, ads and search results on the site. A person may choose for a search box on the website and the search queries would input by the site visitors and forwarded to the search engine company. The ads and content would be displayed by the search engine company on your site.

Adsense customers are not permitted to post ads on other people’s site. You may place ‘referral buttons’ on the site, alongside your content and visitors who would click on these would be redirected to the search engine’s site. Ads not leading to irrelevant content (not related to the search engine) should not be displayed.

That search engine would be your exclusive internet search engine. People are not permitted to communicate directly with the advertiser. You are responsible for your site in reference to the search engine’s requirements and the search company has full authority to launch an investigation if any violation is tracked. You will not permit any sort of electronic or redundant manual clicking or obstruct with ad-units or any ad-links. You are allowed to cease the display of ads or conclude the contract for any reason with a 10 days’ notice.

According to the Adsense TOS, there will be no guarantee or any sort of warranty of any service. You are at liberty for the reception of payment for link and ads; however the payment would be adjusted against any due payments on your behalf regarding the search facility. Payments will be made within 30 days of the end of each calendar month.
