What is Google Adsense and how it can increase the revenue of your online business? Adsense is a program which was created by Google to place ads from their Adwords advertisers on individual publisher’s sites.

Usually, Adsense appears as text form ads in publisher’s websites which are contextually related to the keyword of the site. For example, if the ads are about wedding, it will appear on wedding related sites or if the ads are about fishing, it will appear on fishing related sites.

So, if you have a website or blog, which is concentrate on certain keyword, it is easy for you to make some money from Adsense. You will be paid by Google when visitors click on the Adsense ads in your website or blog.

Adsense is a system where you could generate a residual income. You just simply copy and paste the code that Adsense will provide you with. The money will be flowing into your account as long as people keep visiting your site and click on the ads.

Do you think that it really worth your time to place Adsense ads on your site?

I can say definitely YES, especially if your website is already receiving a fair amount of traffic. This can be in the form of a heavily visited blog or website or having dozens or hundreds of sites that get a trickle of traffic. The real game is getting the numbers whether it is to one site or many.

To join Adsense program is completely free of charge and it almost takes no time. Setting up Adsense on your website is so simple, and you can even complete the whole process in less than an hour.

Other then registering with the program, all you need to do is add an Adsense code on your website and you’re all done. You get to choose where the codes are going to be placed and how large they are. You also have options to change the font, link and background colour of your ads to make the ads blend into your site.

For me, Adsense is a killer scheme because it lets me draw the line between my site’s usability level and the amount of advertising I wish to have. I created a lot of website, place Adsense ads, and just concentrate getting huge traffics to those sites. I just keep Adsense running on one of my sites to pay for the hosting of other website. Haha…!!!

Next time I will be talking more in depth about how you can make money with Google Adsense. If you have a website or blog, it is the right time to start making money with Adsense.
